We enjoyed the evening with Yusuke and others. It was fun and informal and we were introduced to the basic technique of sushi. The food was good and it was an interesting, social alternative to going to a restaurant or just eating at home. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to try their hand at preparing a cuisine they would not normally know how to approach by themselves and do a bit of socializing.
We enjoyed this experience. He got everything ready when we get there, so Sushi making experience went smoothly and also fun. He also made his original handout so that beginners also can learn from the scratch. Thank you for your hospitality Yusuke-san! Hope to see you again soon.
